“Isn’t virtual staging a bit… fake?”

It’s a fair question — and the answer is no, when it’s done properly. We never hide it: every furnished image is labelled “virtually staged.” What it does is help the viewer picture the space, exactly like a show-home does. Physical staging does the same thing — for thousands of pounds and weeks of hire. We do it photorealistically, in 24 hours, for a fraction of the cost. Honest, fast, and it works.

Virtual furnishing works best from empty rooms. If a room is furnished or cluttered, a clearing fee applies — we’ll confirm it before we start.

How fast is turnaround?

Most jobs are back within 24 hours. Rush options are available.

Is virtual furnishing allowed on Rightmove / Zoopla?

Yes — as long as staged images are clearly labelled, which we always do.

What if I’m not happy with an image?

Every job includes one revision — tell us what to change and we’ll refine it. If you need further rounds beyond that, we’re happy to help for a small extra.

Does the quality of my photos matter?

Yes. We’ll make your photos look their absolute best, but the better the input, the better the output. We can do remarkable things with good, sharp, well-exposed shots; if a photo is very dark, blurry or low-resolution, there’s a limit to what any editing can do.

What do you need from me?

Ideally photos taken by a photographer — but we’ll do our very best with whatever you have. JPEGs straight off a phone or camera are absolutely fine.
